Returns

Since every order is inspected and collected in person at our Mysuru trade counter, please check your items before you leave — this is the easiest time to flag a wrong item, quantity mismatch, or quality issue.

If an issue is discovered after collection, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by phone (9448048321) with your order reference. We'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Perishable confectionery items (mithai, chocolates in warm weather) cannot be returned once collected, unless there is a genuine quality issue at the time of handover.
