Collection Policy

We do not offer home delivery or shipping. All orders placed through this website or over WhatsApp are for collection only, from our Mysuru trade counter at 2361, K.R. Park Road, 21st West Cross, Ashoka Road, Lashkar Mohalla, Mysuru, Karnataka 570001.

Once you send an order on WhatsApp, we'll confirm final pricing, availability, and a collection time. Please bring your order reference (shown in the WhatsApp message) when you arrive.

Trade counter hours: Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM

If you need an order collected by someone else on your behalf, mention this when confirming on WhatsApp.
